Loader Instructions

  1. Click Connect to connect the loader device.
  2. Place the card on the reader and wait for the card information to appear.
  3. Enter the amount using the keypad, then click Load Card.
  4. For a normal card reset, place the card on the reader and click RESET.
  5. For factory reset, place the card on the reader and press Ctrl+Shift+F9, then choose Staff or Admin.
